Join us to DNT Stovegolvet – a cabin with great views of both mountains and the North Sea! 

We get on the bus Saturday morning from Bergen, and hop of at Mehammer. From here we start a significant climb up to Mehammarsåta (749 masl), the highest point of the trip. Further on, we hike through varied mountain terrain to Stovegolvet (703 masl), where the cabin is situated on the top. Inside the cabin you will find very large windowsills, great to enjoy the view from! We make a nice dinner together and enjoy the night.

 Sunday morning means pancakes for breakfast, before we clean out the cabin, and set the course downhill. The path takes us to Heio, and further on to Grov, where we catch the next bus back to Bergen.

Distances: Saturday 9 km in varied terrain, with a lot of elevation. Sunday 9 km downhill, half of it on roads.
