Have you ever wanted to sleep in a snow cave? Well, this could be your opportunity. We don’t yet know exactly where we will go, as we need to hope for good snow conditions and definitely more snow to fall. Our current plan is to take the train to Hallingskeid on Saturday morning, where there is also a DNT cabin we can sleep at, if our digging fails or someone finds it too cold. However, sleeping in a snow cave is actually quite warm! On this trip, you need some strong arms and a shovel, as we will shovel lots of snow. Hopefully, we can also take some skis with us and maybe go for a little tour the next day before heading back to Bergen on Sunday afternoon.
