Description:
Join us for a sailing trip with Norway's national boat, Oselvaren, and explore the beautiful archipelago with us!
We hope for good sailing winds and aim to head towards the stunning area around Herdla and Ypso, where there are many small islands. On Herdla, there is a war museum and a fort. There are also shelters in the area, but otherwise, the plan is to camp where it fits with the wind (or rowing conditions). On Saturday, there will be more sailing and exploration of the area. The trip requires no prior knowledge of sailing or rowing, but it is an advantage not to be afraid of being on the water. This is an excellent opportunity to explore an area that you cannot reach without a boat! The boat is located at Nordåsvatnet, just half an hour by bus from Bergen city center. The plans will be adjusted according to the weather and wind.
