If one is to take on the Norwegian nature, it's wise to be in a somewhat-shape. Our running group meets every monday and tags along into the paths around Bergen. The program varies from time to time, including either running on the mountain trails or just basic interval legs. You don't have to be a born runner to join, but you should perhaps like running as an activity. By tagging along you will quickly realize how fast you can get in a good shape by running once a wee.

Unless something else is mentioned, the group meets every monday at 18.00 at Nedre Fløybanestasjonen. One does not have to be a member to join these events - join the groups own Facebook-group for more information
